memformulasikan strategi, mengimplementasikan dan mengevaluasi strategi tersebut.

1. Introduction Strategy and Strategic Management
2. Strategic Purposes: Mission, Vision and Goals, The role of corporate culture,
3. Strategic Analysis: External Environment Analysis (PEST, PORTER 5 Forces), Internal Analysis (Functional Analysis, Value Chain Analysis), External Factor Evaluation (EFE) and Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE)
4. Strategic Choices: Strategic Direction, Strategic Formulation (SWOT)
5. Strategic Implementation: Case Study, Monitoring Strategic Implementation
